How can I replace the product I have ordered?

However, in case, you want a replacement, kindly reach out to us, we will resolve the case within 1-2 business days.
What is the process to get the refund? And, how long does it take?
In case, you want the amount refunded to your source/account, we would require 1-2 business days to initiate the refund.
How many days after I buy something can I return it?
Please make sure that you raise an exchange request within 5 days of the product delivery.
To raise an exchange request, please follow the instructions below:
Step 1: Mention your order ID and send a photograph of the package to firstname.lastname@example.org
Step 2: Someone from our side will come to pick up the product. Please make sure that the product is unused with all tags intact. Please produce the bill at time of Pickup.
Step 3: Once we receive your product at the warehouse and conduct a quality check, we will either offer you an exchange or credit your money, in accordance with our policy.
Note that in case the product for exchange is unavailable, we will credit your money and keep you posted on when the item is back in stock.
*Our Customer care representatives are extremely qualified to support you in picking the right size for your pet, so please do reach out to them for a size recommendation before you make your purchase.
**Note that while the first exchange is free of cost, consequent exchanges may be at a cost borne by the customer.
We will NOT accept returns for the following items (unless received damaged or spoilt):
Edible and perishable items like food, treats etc
Personalized products that are made to order
Beds, bandanas, blankets, pillows
Items purchased during sales
- Any damaged goods must be reported within 4 hours of delivery
- Product must be intact with all the labels and bills while pickup
Can I cancel my online order?
Cancellations can be made before the product is dispatched. You can make a cancellation by login into https://felica.app > profile > orders > click on cancel action. or you may also email us on email@example.com.
Returns will also not be accepted in the following circumstances:
Product is altered/used
If the request is initiated after 5 days
Product is damaged by customer by misusing or overusing
