Shipping & Delivery Policy for Products 

We ship only in India and for domestic (India) buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are delivered within 5-7 business days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Pet Innovations Pvt Ltd  (Felica) is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 10 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order).

Are there any shipping charges?

  • No shipping charges if you have placed an online paid order.
    No shipping charges if you have placed a cash on delivery (COD) order above Rs. 799.

  • Rs.49 shipping charges will be incurred if the order value is below Rs. 799
    Rs.49 COD charges are added if you have placed a COD order.

What if I receive a damaged product?

We never dispatch any damaged or punctured product. Also, we ensure proper packaging and stuffing of the box so that it is safe while in transit. Besides this, if you ever receive a damaged product, kindly raise it to us with proper images, we will resolve the issue within 1-2 business days.

How are you maintaining the safety during COVID 19 pandemic?

Proper precautions are being taken regarding safety, hygiene and sanitization of our warehousing facility is done at regular intervals. Temperature check of the employees is a mandatory activity prior to their entry and exit from the facility. All our Employees are Vaccinated.

How can you ensure timely delivery on my products, especially during COVID lockdowns?

We try our level best and communicate the exact status of the shipment to you proactively during this pandemic situation.
